Alistair James Mowatt Thomson, from Photography International Central Scotland (PICS) Joined the creative Industries after leaving Her Majesties Armed Forces.

Alistair or commonly known as Ali, served with the Army Air Corps. during his time of service he was deployed to North Africa where he was supporting and training the local national Armies of both Morocco and Kenya.

Alistair has also been deployed to various locations and climate conditions from around the word covering Nordic training in the Northern parts of Norway to the southern hemisphere in the Jungles of Borneo.

Alistair has also been deployed to the USA, Middle East, and various parts of Europe where he was based in Germany for a period of six years. Alistair fell instantly in love with photography and all things photography and opened his eyes to a whole new and exiting world that he just never knew was there before.

He has now covered work for a veriety of clients from Wedding to International sporting events.

Alistair James is also a member of SISLP
