Wedding services provided: Langtons Hall is used for receptions. Currently we hire the hall to customers who provide their own catering and bar facilies, we provide chairs and tables.
We are a Register Office so we provide registration services at our venue.
Gardens or outside locations suitable for wedding photography: Beautiful landscaped gardens with ornamental lake, very popular, people travel long distances to get married at Langtons House Register Office. Local picturesque areas suitable for wedding photography: Upminster Windmill makes a lovely back drop.
Venue special features: East Room - colour theme duck-egg blue, it has a breathtaking decorative ceiling, complete with original mouldings, which overlooks the lake and garden. It is complimented with crystal chandeliers.
West Room - colour theme gold and cream. Focal point is a large dark wood fireplace, complimented with rich drapes, giving a warm elegant feel to the room which also looks out over the ornamental lake and gardens.
Langtons Hall - colour theme green and cream. Wood panelling is on the lower parts of the wall and finished off at the top with William Morris green leaf paper. The ceiling is cream with dark wood beams.

Venue History: Langtons House is a stunning Georgian Grade II Listed Building which dates back to around 1760. The house overlooks an ornamental lake and is conveniently situated a short walk from the High Street in Hornchurch, Essex.
The House and Hall were left to Havering Council to use for the people of Havering. Langtons Hall was once the venue for Council Meetings for the Old Hornchurch Urban District Council.
The House is now a Register Office and caters for weddings, ceremonies and receptions.
