Venue History: The Seppeltsfield tradition began in 1851, when Silesian immigrant, Joseph Seppelt commenced winemaking in the bluestone cellars at Seppeltsfield. These same cellars now carefully mature the 100 year old Para Liqueur Tawny.Today Seppeltsfield is heritage listed & recognised as an enduring monument to the vision & pioneering spirit of a remarkable family.
