It is a pleasure to be able to give you an insight into the unique house with stunning views that is Kinnaird Hotel, Restaurant and Sporting Estate - a Fine House in a Fine Land.
Just over an hour's journey from Edinburgh and Glasgow, Kinnaird is the perfect venue for small intimate weddings for those looking for something special with a personal touch.
Since Mrs. Constance Cluett Ward opened her private home as a luxury hotel in 1990, Kinnaird has become renowned for being a home from home celebrating fine living. We pride ourselves on our hospitality where the service is exceptional yet unobtrusive. In recognition of the quality of service Kinnaird has been awarded 4 AA Red Stars and 3 AA Rosettes for fine dining.
Kinnaird is an intimate Relais and Chateaux hotel with nine luxurious and individual bedrooms in the historic 18th century country house set in 7,000 acres of beautiful Perthshire countryside. There are two Courtyard cottages close to the house. Jock Scott sleeps two and Keepers Cottage sleeps up to four. Additional self-catering accommodation is also available in the secluded Estate Cottages which sleep between four and eight guests.
Our cedar panelled drawing room with views across the gardens and estate, hosts a cosy open fire and a baby grand piano making it the ideal location for a pre-ceremony Champagne reception. This historic house holds a civil license and with attractive grounds and immaculate gardens, it is perfect for picturesque photographs.
Kinnaird also has a tranquil beauty room called 'The Retreat' where guests enjoy many different treatments; including reflexology, aromatherapy and manicures, either for pure relaxation or those finishing touches for the wedding day.
The hand painted silk panelled dining room seats up to a maximum of 36 people. Our Head Chef Jean-Baptiste Bady will propose a unique menu reflecting your preferences for your special occasion. He and his team create delicious traditional cuisine with a modern twist.
The Estate also offers all the traditional country pursuits with salmon and trout fishing on five miles of private beats along the River Tay and its own private lochs.
The house can be exclusively reserved from £3910 midweek, during the quieter months, and from £6240 midweek during the summer months. 'House Party' rates are inclusive of dinner, breakfast and VAT for up to 18 guests but can be tailored to your exact requirements.
