System Mechanic also confirmed that the enforced change from BE to Sky as our internet provider produced a spectacular fall in performance - thanks a bunch Sky, the engineer is calling soon to swop us over to BT! Sky bought O2 and inherited BE by default but seems to have raced to the bottom of the performance specification - see the weasel words opposite!

Will Sky continue with the same product features when migrating to their network?

Sky are well aware (believe me) of the importance BE members place on some of the technical features of their service and are actively investigating what they can do in this area - particularly around things such as static IP, customised line profiles targeted at gamers, etc. But don't forget they've already invested in launching superfast fibre broadband services and they offer completely unlimited packages on both their DSL and Fibre packages. Anyway, now that they're looking at investing in additional features, they'll be getting in contact with you to get your views plus keep you updated on progress.
