Models: Kerry Kennedy and Mairi Taylor Make-up: Serenity Beauty Boutique, Inverness Hair: Create Hair & Beauty Inverness The next shoot was a bit more fun. We wanted to create something a bit different and I managed to get some props off ebay. This was an idea I had in my head for a while and initially wanted to do it in a derelict building, however, I liked the idea of keeping it quite simple, to concentrate on the theme and props.... So out came the Halloween spiderweb and the plastic spiders, a sum total of £7 and I had to try to assemble something that looked vaguely realistic out of it.
The webbing was a nightmare to set up but I eventually got it to look the way I wanted it. My model, Mairi, did her own make-up for this and I got the fun job of glueing spiders to her face. I had just bought a beauty dish for the Bowens, so this was the first time I had used it and have to say I was very pleased with the results from it.
