Once again the CBRE PoY competition provides a wealth of intriguing images, shot over the 24 hours of the day in city and town environments. The competition is one of the few which concentrate solely upon street photography with their 24-hour twist tagged on. Entrants may submit an image for each hour of the day and in order to prevent any difficulties with policing the hours, the image simply has to 'look' as if it were taken at the subject hour - the published brief was simple 'Cities at Work.' The presentation quality is once again impeccable with a laser cut front cover encasing a policy of one image per page and plenty of breathing space on the opposite side. The contents may be seen at the website shown below and next year's competition will be announced in the near future. The Societies are one of the sponsors for the competition.
