The process is time consuming as it requires six passes through the same printer followed by some careful measurements. We choose our own preferred settings for this test namely:Resolution: 2880.High Speed: ON.Default : Paper Config settings.Rear Manual feed.PSGPP media setting.

The resulting test set was then analysed. The graph indicates that like-for-like reproduction of the 50% grey tone was achieved somewhere between Dark and Normal, the PSGPP media setting seemed to have reduced the ink loading over the previous PGPP although the resolutions were also different (1440dpi for Chan, 2880dpi for us). The all-colour print had more contrast and was closer to Darker in shadows and to Lighter in the highlights. All of this test set of prints were superbly neutral.
