In addition to the practical Superclass, Victoria will also be giving a Masterclass called 'The future is fusion' discussing how to add video to your current wedding photography service. Victoria's business has gone from strength to strength since she added video in 2011 to her repertoire and her Hollywood style has enabled her to film weddings in true luxury destinations. 'We're pushing the higher and higher end, so I was able to shoot in Saudi Arabia this year, in Dubai and in Jaipur for very high profile clients.' Victoria's films have enabled her to reach different markets in a recession and to continue to grow her business.

Victoria plans to touch on 4K filming in the Masterclass, which she believes is the future of wedding cinema technology. It may sound like something from science fiction but the technology is now available to film at such high quality that still images can now be extracted and used in their own right. 'The true fusion lies in 4K. The images are not quite Raw-file quality yet, but you can make a wedding album with them. I think by the end of the Masterclass you'll know that you have to embrace the world of fusion. To have to a unique business you're going to have to shoot video in the futur

And Victoria's business certainly is unique. Every year that Victoria has been working as a wedding photographer she has raised her game, which is reflected in the fact that next year she is only taking on five weddings in total alongside her portrait and commercial shoots. 'The weddings are getting bigger and more in depth and it's taking a lot of our time' she says. 'We spend a lot of time with clients and when you're perhaps shooting a pre-wedding film somewhere abroad it takes a lot of planning and logistics.' This summer she is also trying something new with a post-wedding event for a client. 'We will be hiring a cinema and having an awards night for a couple who's wedding we filmed - it even had helicopter footage!' All the guests will be invited back for the viewing of the wedding film to relive the day and it provides Victoria and her team another opportunity to film the couple and their guests again.
