Overall the textured surface was a little more creamy in both the skin tones and the neutral greys.
Overall a good pair of papers for fine art work, ticking all the right boxes for both colour quality and archival permanence.
The only thing that did trouble us was deciding which side to print upon for the Textured variant. For reasons we did not uncover we managed to produce a poor profile on the first time of asking, but thought at first that we had printed on the wrong side of the paper.
Printing on the reverse produced a near-identical result! The standard method of 'lick testing' to determine the printing side was ambiguous so it pays to be careful with storing your paper and ensuring you keep it the correct way up!

Premium Gloss and Premium Lustre
As with the previous pair of papers, these two are twins, differing only in surface texture. They are aimed at the high-quality-competitive cost sector of the market, typified by the cost-conscious mini-lab application and roll media user. One has a high gloss, the other a very subtle silky lustre; both are 270gsm and both contain OBAs but with only a moderate fluorescence. Both held high Dmaxes of 2.26 and very low metamerism (CII 1.4) which would make them good candidates for monochrome images in an otherwise colour workflow. The gamut volumes of both were over the 1 million mark. The overall error stats were about average for this class of paper although in both cases the hue and chroma errors were low, with much of the error coming from the audit print being a little dark (around 2ΔL/w, the weighted luminance error). Both papers are bright and about 4 points cool, making for attractive prints in spite of the base paper tones dragging all the tones southwards!
Overall then a solid pair of performers for everyday and high volume work, they displayed no vices of note.
