When the customer arrives
Portrait viewing sessions are ideal in a purpose-designed room and are best presented via a projected image.
Video projects have in recent years become very competitive in price and are very well worth the investment
When the customer arrives whether you call this a preview viewing or a sales session it is imperative that the customer is made to feel welcome. The photographer must great them with the same vigour and excitement as that were made when they first met the customer.
Make certain that the room temperature is warm not overheated after all you need the customer to be alert and not feeling sleepy or tired
Take the customer's coats and check to make certain that they have everything to hand so that they may enjoy the images, this includes spectacles if they only wear them for certain distances.
The customer must feel relaxed and any trials or tribulations forgotten about, especially if the journey in was difficult. Allow the customers to settle in to their seats and that they are comfortable before the show begins.
