The strength of the family helped Studio Rouge to survive the tragic loss of Debbie last year and everyone has pulled closer since then and has become more determined than ever to make the business a success to honour her memory. The generations are working together and Lynsey has now taken on the role of ensuring that the running of the studio goes like clockwork.
"It's a very different business to the one I entered all those years ago," says Keith. "I started out shooting just four rolls of 120 film at a wedding, some 48 pictures, and now on some of the big Asian weddings we cover we might shoot 3,000.
We also work much longer hours and covering a wedding can be an 18-hour day. I still love it, however, and social photography is still a business that is based on sharing and mutual respect. Nearly 25 years on I wouldn't change a thing."
