For those looking to present clients with something to hang on the wall, Exeter-based Procanvas has been producing premium grade canvas prints for professional photographers - including numerous SWPP members - for the past five years. More alternative presentation for the digital age comes in the shape of an iPad-like digital photo display from Exclusive 7. In fact, MD Loyd Hitchmough claims that its new tablet-like display is "going to change the world of photography," and is a step on from its 8-inch high-resolution photo frames.

With end of February 2012 availability promised, pricing is a reasonable sounding £120-129, a third of the price of an actual iPad, while using the same screen according to Loyd. If photographers wish, their images can be 'locked in' to the tablet via security software to protect photographers' intellectual property - so it really is an alternative to your actual printed album. "It's like the original iPad and comes with a 10-inch touch screen," enthuses Exclusive 7's MD. "You can't connect to the Internet with it, but it comes with an internal 2GB memory plus the ability to store images on an SD card."

Whichever presentation solution you choose, whether cutting edge contemporary or tried and tested traditional, the above shows it can literally pay for any social photographer to stay on trend and abreast of new product and market developments.
