Knowing this about your subject, its habit, territories ... doing your homework is a must. The time of day is important, however, it can be secondary depending if your subject is nocturnal.
Occasionally, we all get lucky when a rare combination of light, creature habit and the peak action do a dance perfectly in front of your lens and it becomes magic. Normally, it is opportunity, practice and preparation that make you consistent and that allows you to capture that great image.

So you finished capturing your images, the next stop is your editing. Obviously you take out the non-sharp, awkward and poorly exposed images and narrow down your selection. Then a further edit is required to plan your story.
